We provide facial aesthetics and related treatments from a number of clinic locations across London and Kent. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website or book an appointment. We may operate from premises owned or managed by third parties; where a host clinic has its own policies (for example on parking, access, or conduct on site), those policies apply alongside these terms during your visit.

Consultations & suitability

Many treatments require a consultation before they can go ahead. A consultation allows us to assess your medical history, discuss your goals, explain the options, and confirm whether a treatment is suitable and safe for you.We reserve the right to decline or postpone any treatment where, in our clinical judgement, it is not appropriate, not in your best interests, or not safe to proceed. Your health and safety always take priority over a booked appointment. Where a treatment is declined on clinical grounds, this is not a reflection on you and we will explain our reasoning and any alternatives.

Booking appointments

Appointments can be booked via our website, clinic websites, by phone, by email and in clinic. When you book, you are responsible for providing accurate contact and medical information and for letting us know of any changes before your appointment.An appointment is only confirmed once you have received confirmation from us and, where applicable, paid any required deposit. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date, time, and location, but availability varies across our clinics.

Deposits & payment

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Where paid, your deposit is redeemed against the cost of your treatment on the day.The balance is payable on the day of treatment. Prices are subject to change, and the price confirmed to you at the point of booking or consultation is the price that applies to your treatment.

Cancellations, rescheduling & missed appointments

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer your slot to someone else.Cancelling or rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice: your deposit is transferred to your new appointment or refunded.Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice: your deposit may be retained to cover the reserved time.Missed appointments ("no-shows") without notice: your deposit will be retained, and a further deposit may be required to book again.In rare cases we may need to cancel or move your appointment  for example due to illness or circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we will offer you the earliest suitable alternative or a full refund of any deposit paid.

Late arrivals

Please arrive on time so we have the full appointment to look after you properly. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment safely within the remaining time. In that case the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation, and rebooking may be necessary.

Treatment, consent & aftercare

Before any treatment, we will explain what is involved, the expected benefits, the risks and possible side effects, and any alternatives. You will be asked to give your informed consent, and you are free to ask questions or decline at any point.Some treatments require more than one session, a patch test, or a review appointment to achieve or assess the result. Where this applies, we will explain it to you. Following the aftercare advice we provide is an important part of your result and your safety we cannot be responsible for outcomes affected by aftercare instructions not being followed.

While we always work to the highest standard, results vary from individual to individual and depend on factors including your anatomy, skin, lifestyle, and how your body responds. For these reasons, we cannot and do not guarantee a specific result.Any before-and-after images, testimonials, or examples shown on our website or social media illustrate results achieved for particular individuals and are not a promise of the result you will achieve.

Your health & responsibilities

To treat you safely, we rely on you giving us full and accurate information about your health. Before and during treatment you must tell us about any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, supplements, previous treatments, and whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding.Withholding relevant information may make a treatment unsafe, and we cannot accept responsibility for complications arising from information that was not disclosed to us. If your health changes between booking and your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

Age requirement

Our treatments are available to adults aged 18 and over only. We may ask for valid photographic identification to confirm your age, and we will not carry out treatment where we are not satisfied that you meet this requirement.

Refunds

Accepted Answer

Because treatments are personal services carried out by hand and skill, we do not offer refunds simply because a result differs from your expectations, provided the treatment was carried out competently and as agreed. This does not affect your legal rights.If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please raise it with us as soon as possible — so we can review it and, where appropriate, arrange a follow-up or correction.

Gift vouchers & packages

Accepted Answer

Gift vouchers and pre-paid treatment packages, where offered, are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Packages are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing. Treatments within a package remain subject to a suitability assessment, and any unused sessions expire on the date stated.

Photography & marketing

We may take clinical photographs as part of your records to plan treatment and track results. These form part of your confidential medical record.We will only use your images for marketing or educational purposes  such as on our website or social media with your separate, explicit, written consent. You may withdraw that consent for future use at any time by contacting us.

Our treatments are carried out by suitably qualified and registered practitioners, working within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of their professional regulator. (Dr Arti Singh is GDC registered, registration number 83645.) We provide treatment in line with applicable professional guidance and regulations, and we keep our training and practice up to date.
